*Cue The Final Countdown* If the first 1:20 of that video don’t pump you up then I️ don’t know what will haha. Let’s get hyped up to set some goals and conquer 2024!
For a visual: I️ am literally alone in my office listening to the song laughing to myself that this is how my morning is starting. It’s a little comical isn’t it? If we can’t laugh at ourselves and revel in the fact that we get to do sometimes silly things and call it work, then why are we entrepreneurs.
Before we get into the good stuff, let me share a couple of updates:

Creatives, we’re in the home stretch of the year, but now is no time to coast! December offers a unique opportunity to set goals that keep us grounded and focused on what truly matters. Even with just one month left, you can still make strides that will leave you feeling fulfilled and prepared as you step into the new year.
This month, I’m challenging myself (and you!) to think about what success really means for December. Instead of adding more to-do’s, I’m setting intentional goals in three areas: personal, business, and creative. This approach helps me balance different priorities without feeling stretched thin.
Here’s a peek at my goals:
Personal: Be present – I’m focusing on mindfulness, especially with family during the holiday season and this new season of marriage.
Business: Maintain – My aim is to sustain what’s working, reinforcing current successes.
Creative: Get playful with marketing – I’m embracing creativity to make December feel fresh and fun.
For me, this three-goal approach offers clarity and focus, so I can enter January with a solid foundation. I’d love for you to join me in defining your own meaningful goals. What do you have in mind for each of these categories?
Let’s wrap up the year with intention!
Talk soon,
Hayley
